The
Service Centre
The
Service Centre hosts the Tuscan Regional Telematics Network (RTRT network)
Help Desk which participating bodies can turn to for
assistance on connection issues.
The
Help Desk offers first and second level support for problems relating
to the services provided by the TIX, for potential malfunctioning of the
TIX, and for the transmission infrastructure of the RTRT network.
Apart
from the fully-functional Help Desk, the Service Centre also keeps an
eye on compliance with the service quality levels agreed upon (SLA, Service
Level Agreement) by monitoring the transmission
infrastructure of the RTRT network and the services provided through it,
from the NAP side.
